Member ServicesPaymentsEach month, around the 7th you should receive a billing statement. Your energy bill is due and payable when the statement is received. Final day to pay the net amount is the 20th of the month, unless the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday. In that case, it may be paid the following regular work day. Failure to receive a bill does not exempt you from monthly payment, late charges or disconnection. Please contact our office if you do not receive your bill. Bills can be paid in person, by mail, automatically through your bank account, or electronically from this website. Payments are considered "received" when they get to our office. Automated Bill PaymentsWe don't want you to send us your money... we want your bank to do it! With your authorization, McDonough Power can have the amount of a monthly bill electronically transferred from your checking, savings or credit card account to our account. You'll still receive a statement showing your monthly electric usage and charges, and the amount that is deducted from your account around the 15th of the month. You'll never have to worry about missing the due date. This is also great if you'll be away from home for extended periods!

Auto Draft Authorization Form Automatic Credit Card Draft Form E-PaymentMcDonough Power is pleased to announce the availability of bill payment over the Internet. With just a few clicks, you can see your electric bill right on your computer screen and make a payment. With E-Bill, you can also view graphs of your electrical usage history, so you can compare how much electricity you are using from year to year. You can choose to pay with either a credit card or an e-check on your electric bill. Once the "submit" button is hit, payments cannot be cancelled. Please confirm the accuracy of information before submitting payment. All electronic transactions made from this web site are secure and private. If you are making a payment by credit card, we gladly accept Visa and MasterCard.
Drive-Up Payment BoxMcDonough Power has a conveniently located drive-up payment box in front of the co-op office at 1210 W. Jackson St. - Macomb. Drop your payment in the box 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payments can be snail-mailed to us at McDonough Power, SEDC, P.O. Box 530812, Atlanta, GA 30353-0812. Please allow sufficient lead time (7-10 days). Budget BillingBudget billing is a service offered to those who wish to average their monthly bills throughout the year. Budget billing is available after twelve (12) consecutive paid bills from the same address, with no more than two (2) late payments. To determine a fixed monthly amount, we will average your past 12 month's usage. Each June your account is "balanced out" - any overpayments will be credited and any underpayment will be added.
